Too much!

Barrel is ar10 in 308.Customer wanted me to flute the gas block area,but I talked him out of it.That's 4 different sets of flutes.Started out 3'11",finished
2' 9", that's pounds and onces.regards

Very nice, did you flute it with a ball end mill? Carbide?

Yes,I used a 3/8th ball carbide end mill.Barrel was made by walther and really tuff to cut.
