Short .300 whisper barrel or upper assy
 

I'm primarily looking for a barrel, would consider an upper.

Something between 7 and 14", preferably around 10-12" long.

If I can get a chambered barrel blank, I can do the rest of the work myself.

I'd consider an upper for a good price.

I'd also consider a longer barrel with a gas port in the pistol location or no gas port.

I have a pistol lower that I made from a 0% that this is going on, no SBR stuff here. Also, it'll be for supersonic primarily.

check out http://www.ar15barrels.com/inventory.shtml he has a 12" 300-221 barrel listed and 4 barrel stubs that could max out at 11.5" to 12".
I have never bought from that site before and am not affiliated with it at all but the guys at AR15.com have good things to say regarding the owner.

Thanks, thats a good link. I'll consider those. $200 is more than I want to spend on a barrel at this time. What I'm really hoping to find is something that needs some work that I can get cheap.

No problem, glad to help! My wife will appreciate me not getting knee deep into another project with my 25/223 or 6/223 on the horizon!

Just a quick update. I got that barrel from crowminator. I think I'm set for parts for the time being.
