Adjustable Gas Block

I need one for a AR pistol, 8" barrel 0.750" diameter, 300 BLK. I would like one that has an off position. From reading on the net it looks like Novske is about the best thing out there, the switchblock, but was wondering if anyone here markets one. Thanks

+2 on Paladin Machine. He just made me a three-pos block for my MATEN build. Perfect function.

Thanks Guys, I took your advice. Now anxious to put it all together and "hear" what happens....

The Paladin Machine block works well. Pistol functioned flawlessly first time with subsonics. The only surprise was the level of the first round pop with the YHM suppressor. I don't have much experience with suppressors but am beginning to believe Gemtechs are better than YHM.

First round Pop

You sure you didn't have a cartridge that ever so slightly crept over into supersonic velocity. Reason I ask is I loaded some 1050 fps 220 matchkings, shot nicely in the backyard at elevation under 200 ft and 80 degrees. I went up in the mountains a few months later and shot some at 3,000 feet and about 50 degrees colder and was getting supersonic cracks.

I don't know. I was using Rem 220 subsonics, I believe it was open tip match. I have not shot any reloads yet, I just put this AR together. I went out to a buddy's house in the country for dinner and shot five rounds to make sure it worked properly. I was really surprised how loud the first one was. Is it possible factory ammo could go supersonic? Friday after Thanksgiving I am going to play with it when I have plenty of time.

BTW it was about 75 degrees and less than five hundred feet elevation.

Well since I have yet to see a decent photo or even any photo of a Paladin gas block, I up and ordered one......

And a couple days later I ordered two more.

It is a very well-made little item!
