Cutting Bits

HELLO
I'VE GOT A CRAFTSMAN 618 LATHE. IM STILL SETTING IT UP
AND WORKING OUT THE BUGS! I GOT IT ON EBAY AND STILL
HAVE TO GET SOME PARTS. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ANY CUTTING
BITS TO FIT THE LATHE. IT TAKES A 3/16" x 3/16" TOOL AND
ALL I SEE ARE 1/4" TOOLS. DOES ANY KNOW WHERE I CAN GO
TO GET THE SIZE CUTTERS I NEED.
