I have a couple of 555th jigs up for sale, I have 3 available ready to go out the door TODAY (12-10-07). if there is enough demand I can drill some more and have them ready by the time the money order gets here.
they are $125.00 shipped (conus only) I prefer POSTAL MONEY ORDER, but I will take other m.o.'s and personal checks. if its not a postal money order you wait 10 days or untill it clears my bank before I will ship. I do not take pay pal.
due to me trying to keep my costs down and your price at an affordable level these DO NOT have the locating pins and I will not be adding them at this point, too much hassel for me, sorry.
please contact me if interested via e-mail at sluggermn@yahoo.com
thanks

I received a package today from sluggerman and it has a fancy new 555th jig in it. These jigs look simply awsome! The milling looks exceptional and the jig is very well built. I hope to find some time to bend a flat or two with it for a more thorough review but it came on the same day I decided I needed to upgrade this board and a couple others I am running as I had some security concerns...
<some will remember my old forums got hacked and deleted so now I try to keep up with my upgrades>
Thanks for building such an excellent looking jig and I am anxious to try her out.

thank you for the kind words!
the jigs are cut on a laser cutter so the edges and corners are really crisp! I like how the lasers cut!
I look foward to hearing your review!!

"I can link you to a tutorial on how to use this jig, I dont have printed instructions."
Are these instructions still available? If possible, I'd like to take a look at them. USPS M/O is on its way. Thanks, Paul.:uzi2:

I have bent all of mine without pins and did ok. The pins just help reduce the measuring needed but it is is not a deal breaker. I use my digital gauge from HF to do it.

+ 1 for what wrangler said
I have never used one with pins and it really is easy to get them placed correctly! measure 3 x and bend once. lol
let me know if you want to take the leap and get bending.

yes I have a dozen of them collecting dust in my garage!
I have had some major live changes (heart attack and job change) so I have not been actively selling jigs for a while.
