Click on:

Select the forum that would match what you are trying to sell, in this case an SBR, so NFA rules apply.

Once you click on the Forum under which you will be listing, there is a 'new topic' button on the top left corner of that respective forum.
Its not especially intuitive that you have to go to the
'Sub-Forums : The Flea Market', as opposed to simply browsing the 'Classifieds'.
Hope this helps!

Not cool at all.
I agree as members should be more supportive of inquirys by junior members!

Is that sorta like those of us who work hard and save money should be more supportive of those who don't and feel entitled to what we have? Sorry if this sounds personal, it is not intended to be , and I am sure I am wrong but your post sounded just a bit childish.

You completely missed my point.
Taking a cheap shot at everyone here by saying we are not intelligent is not cool.
Funny thing is you insult a bunch of people and then expect us to buy your upper.

Yes and from what I have read in his posts he could not get groups less then three inches so is frustrated and wanting to sell. I was interested and contacted him but when I did he chose to tell me he was having difficulty grouping under one inch so he wanted to sell. It was a quick change from three inches and I may have missed something in his posts but after that I became suspicious and decided not to consider the purchase.
