Allright, I took some more pics after trying to get it somewhat organized. Here are some more pics of the confusing wiring. This first one is a close up of the inside of the ON/OFF switch. In from the top you can see the Red, Yellow, Blue, Green wires coming in. I guess since these have not been touched, they are the ones that get wired into the phase converter?

The next photo is a pic of the same only taken back a little further for reference. It looks to me like the old power feed wires go into that little gray box (marked by electrical tape) and then out. I am not sure why they are like that. You would think it should just be a continuous bundle? You can also see that I routed it into the ON/OFF switch but I have not hooked it all up. Is is okay to run the power feed wires into this box?

The last pic is of the spindle motor wiring. It is close up and there isn't much to see. The wiring diagram on the front of the cover is the exact same for 220 and 440? It does have a stamp above that says 220V though. I think this motor is only 220v 3-phase.

This last pic is a "diagram" I drew the way it is currently wired. Now I did this, so it may be all messed up. Please let me know what I need to do.

Let me know if this helps.

Your links are not working... are your images too large to attach using the forum code?

BTW, here's the mill itself. Not bad for $600. Huge machine shop auction <3miles from my home and shop. Assuming it works, I think I made out quite well :D We'll see once it is all wired up
