You guys seem like a bunch of cool guys running some cool gear..

so alittle something oldschool for ya..

Plan on testing out some subsonic loads once we get some components..

336 cut down to 16 inches.. skinner tall custom front sight and rear peep.

Hey nice work, what twist rate does that barrel have. I wouldnt mind having one in a 45-70 and try some of those Outlaw State Bullets.

Here is some data from my 30-30 Contender with 17" barrel, 1-10". I am not recommending these loads, only showing them for reference. However they did not blow up my gun or kill me, yet.

180 grain RN jacketed, 10.0 grains Trail Boss
200 Nosler Partition, 12.0 grains SR4759

.2 - .5 grains more powder and both were super sonic.

Your Marlin probably has a 1-10" twist so be careful of over all projectile length (not weight). The 200 Nosler Partition is a flat base spitzer (no boat tail) so it stabilizes in my rifle. I could not get enough Trail Boss into a case to make the 200 go super sonic so I switched powders.
