He is a graduate student and doesn't check the boards or his gun emails for a long while sometimes. I'd say he'll pop back up around fall break. When he's busy with college, he can disappear for weeks or months....be patient, If I here from him, I'll post here. I have one of his Jigs and really don't use much of it. What kind of problem are you having. It can be done without xebec's jig, but I've used it in a pinch sometimes.

Thanks for the reply 555th. Not really any problems (yet), it's just that I'm starting to get "tooled-up" for my 1st AK build and thought that it would be good to have. I'll try to find him at the link you posted but any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Barrel pressing is one of the easier things about AKs, barrel pins can be tough sometimes.

Pressing the barrel back in by yourself can be a bit of a PITA however... The Xebec barrel vise (or press plate if you will) and trunion etup to press on is really nice to help get that barrel back in... You just need to make sure everything is lined up right before you start and you and a buddy hold on good when pressing to keep tha barrel going in the trunion straight.
