Was shopping for some bullets at midwayusa.com http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productnumber=915881 and this caught my eye: "Awesome bullet for the 300 Whisper. This bullet will cycle flawlessly (shooting subsonic loads) when RL7 is used. When seated to 2.200this bullet aligns perfectly in all magazines (bullet ogive contacts front magazine indention correctly, thus preventing magazine bulges, etc...). Under 1MOA is a common occurrence when loaded subsonic. This bullet simply cannot be beat, especially when comparing prices with other heavy weight match bullets." I have never seen load data for RL7 is this the same as Alliant Reloader 7? I know this powder is used for the .221 fireball, don't know where this falls in the burn chart. Anyone else out there use this bullet/powder combo or powder for other bullets?

They work for me. Got 500 of them when Midway was doing the blemished bullets sale. $20 per 100.

I haven't tried them yet because I'm waiting for my stock to arrive for my Whisper. However, I got 500 of them and the 220gr Interlocks during the blem sale.
If they don't work in your whisper buy a .300WM or .30-06 to run them in. They're good bullets.

I have found these bullets to be the best sub sonic hunting bullet out there. That is just my experience.

I haven't tried them out yet, but have head of quite a few people shooting them as a cheaper alternative to the 220 or 240gr bullets.
I don't recall seeing any load data for RL7 though.

208 A-max with 8.0 gr of Lil' Gun works great on a 16" bolt gun
