Howdy all. I live in Australia and need 300 whisper dies and 221 brass. Can anyone help out? None of the local shops stock dies, they are too specialised. Is there a reputable business that has a web site/on-line shop that I can purchase these items on-line easily. I searched Midway for 300 w and for 300/221 dies and can't find them. Also, is there a brand preference for 221 brass? I will be using my pistol for IHMSA if that helps. Cheers, Yulie. :uzi2:

The midway product number for the dies is 244465. If you can't get them from midway you might try Graf and Sons or Sinclair. As far as the brass goes I prefer to use 223 brass for my whispers so I don't have a clue for 221 fireball brass.

I've used Remington 221 and cut down Norma 222 brass to make Whisper brass.....the Norma brass is beautiful, very consistent brass, just have to cut it down a little....you can also use cut down .223 brass, a little more work...

Thanks, hitman. Found dies on both Midaway amd Graf. Having the product number makes it easy. Graf was a very good site to find dies on. I've got a heap of 223 brass, but i'm into doing things the easy way, so i'll probably stick to 221 brass to start off. Thanks again, Yulie.
