Just found this forum ,so for a number of years we've been on our own with the whisper. We have been firing the whisper out of TC contenders to great effect on game. It seems the majority of the posts I have seen touts the 125gr as the best deer stomper. We have had great sucess with Barnes#30835 110gr TSX flat base.
For the sake of arguement, can anyone offer any reason why a 125 gr anything would be better than a triple shock barnes?

In 308/30-06/300 WM the 125 gr ballistic tip is a varmint bullet, but at Whisper velocities it acts like a high dollar controlled expansion bullet. It simply works with no fuss and shoots well. If the 110s work for you, use'em.
Confidence in your equipment means more than what everyone else is using.

At what ranges and hole dia. etc. are you getting with the 110"s. Had some bad exp. with Barnes a few years back. 7 mag and 7mm-08 bullets in 120 and 140 were acting like fmj. Didn't figure they would open up at slower speeds...But like Alleycat said - use what you have confidence in....
