Who has a good load for the whisper with A-1680 powder and a 200 grain bullet? Sub sonic Please .. Thanks

What velocity are you getting from the 220 grain load with 10.2 grains?

Rule of thumb would be to try 10 grains and then 9.8 - testing for function and accuracy as you go.
