Is this cartridge easy/safe to reload subsonic?

How about reliable cycling in a handgun?

147gr bullets nearly maxed out will usually be subsonic. I usually run 124gr bullets subsonic too ~4gr of titegroup does the trick for 124gr bullets, they are transonic out of a 16" barrel.
