Gas port in the pistol position
Adjustable gas block that will fit under the hand guard
Long Free Float tube (~14-15")

Hoping to acheive less that 1moa with 220gr sub and 125gr super.

Don't know if it matters but my SSK upper won't chamber brass made from military, ie Lake City, brass. Whisper brass formed from commercial 223 brass works fine.

I have an SSK upper. 10.5" 1 in 8 twist heavy match grade barrel. It is threaded for my gemtech HVT. I have not had time to work up a lot of loads to try in it. So far, 220gr and higher bullets are not stabilizing completely. JD says that is normal but I have not achieved the accuracy level that you are talking about. I'm not saying that it will not, just that mine has not. I have about 150 rounds through it so far and it is very reliable. All the brass that I have formed (including Lake City) has fed fine. I have another batch of loads to try but the weather has not been cooperating lately. hopefully I will find some loads that work.

When you talk to Tammy tell her to thank JD for developing the cartridge that we're all having so much fun with. He's actually a really decent guy once you get through the crust  and has no shortage of brains.
It's a done deal, worked with Brian on the details. Went with a less than full bull barrel and asked for 5/8 x24 threads for AR10 muzzle goodies.
Need to order some 208s and start making brass. Six to 8 weeks wait is going to creep along.....
