I have two AR-10s and I have took a bunch of my AR-10. I would like to request someone that has a Knights SR-25, Bushmaster 308, or DPMS 308 to take similar photos that show the major parts so that we can compare and contrast the different key features of these weapon systems. Following are some suggested things we should compare:

Lower receiver (Side and from top showing milling and location of pins)
Upper receiver (mainly side profile)
Bolt Carrier Group
Fire Control Group (from top of lower receiver)

Here are a bunch of pics of my AR-10:

Notes about this rifle: This is an Armalite AR-10A4 which I had cut and removed the pinned muzzle break (http://quarterbore.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=90). I added one of Art's SWS FF Rail tubes (http://ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=120&t=206093) as well as one of the is the Armalite CAR stocks (http://quarterbore.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=92). The lower features a standard single stage AR-10 trigger as I plan to convert this lower to be used with a REGISTERED Lightning Link (http://quarterbore.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=114).

hmm. . looks like. .all you need now is a automatic fire selector and a 200 round box. . then you would have your self a mighty fine LSW (light support weapon) typical when we see a bipod on the m16 is normaly means they want to be a LSW(spray and pray) or they are going for the 1 shot; 1 kill method
